Xactimate® 27 Classroom Training (3 days) - $450

Our on-site Xactimate® 27 Training Course is taught by an Xactimate® Certified Trainer (XCT), who is an experienced field adjuster.  Whether you are a new or experienced user, students in this course will acquire the knowledge and skill to quickly create accurate estimates using a variety of Xactimate® 27 tools.

 Topics covered in class include the most efficient ways to set-up, dimension, scope, and deliver professional estimates.  All this is done while preparing you for Xactware's Level 1 and 2 user certification exams.  This course is approved for 22 hours CE in OK, TX, and TheCleanTrust (formerly IICRC) approval for 2 credits as event 2205.


Objectives of this 3 day Xactimate® training course include the following:
  • Basic administration of Xactimate® 27, including setup of user preferences, project system defaults, and basic program navigation.
  • How to download and utilize Xactware pricing data to create competitive estimates.
  • The steps required to create an estimate from start to finish in Xactimate®.
  • Rapidly create professional floor plans in Sketch, which provide dimensions and quantities used for estimation.
  • Several methods used to search pricing data, helping students to quickly add items to an estimate.
  • Add items to an estimate using Sketch and Estimate Items modules.
  • A wide variety of tools and techniques to help save time when scoping an estimate.
  • How to import digital images to an estimate and provide annotation support.
  • How to print and export a variety of professional estimate reports.

 This course is approved for Insurance Continuing education for 22 CEUs in Texas, Oklahoma, and 2 Event Credits for theCleanTrust (formerly IICRC).

Xactimate® System requirements
Participants must provide their own computers with Windows® XP / Vista. 1.5 GHz or higher recommended (1 GHz minimum supported; may limit performance and some features). 1 GB of RAM recommended (512 MB of RAM minimum supported; may limit performance and some features). 1.5 Gig of available hard drive space. SVGA color monitor with resolution set at 1024x768 or higher required.
