Xactimate®, developed by Xactware Solutions, Inc., is a software estimating program used for estimating the cost of repairs for residential or commercial structures. Eighty percent of insurance-repair contractors and 18 of the top 25* property insurers use Xactimate® to calculate the cost of repairs.  Xactware Solutions, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO).

Watermark offers authorized Xactimate® training: classroom, customized corporate training sessions, and 24/7 Xactimate training on demand.  Continuing education is also available. 

At Watermark, all courses are conducted by an Xactimate® Certified Trainer (XCT) who is an experienced field adjuster.
