What do I need?

An active copy of Xactimate 28.  This can be a free Xactimate demo (see “Get a Demo” link in the navigation menu) or a live copy of Xactimate 28 you use for work.  Also, an internet connection is required to access this course, as it is delivered online.

Course Overview

  • Adding and organizing digital images, incl. adding image annotations to provide additional detail
  • Understanding the process to mark projects completed, incl. identifying and resolving audit violations
  • Understanding Labor Minimums
  • Printing estimate data in using a variety of print reports
  • Understanding options for exporting print reports
  • Utilizing tokens in word and excel documents
  • Backing up project/estimate data via Data Transfer Backup (Desktop Users)

How long do I have access to the course?
Course access is provided for a single user on a monthly basis.

Is this course approved for Continuing Education (i.e. CE)?
Yes. This course is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services for 1 hour of 320 & 324 Adjuster Optional continuing education and the Texas Department of Insurance.  This course includes a closed-book exam.  No monitor is required.  No partial CE is available as this course must be completed in its entirety.

Are there other types of Continuing Education available?
