Good news! Watermark course attendees can receive Free 30-day training access to our instructor’s Xactimate instance upon request.
Duration: Up to 30 days

⚠️ Important: Access Must Be Requested
Access is not automatic. You must request access after registering for a course. Instructions will be sent after registration.
Requests are fulfilled M-F during business hours (8 AM-5 PM CT) within 24 hours of receiving your request.

⚠️ Training Instance Limitations
Important to understand: Since this is a training instance:
- Price Lists: All price lists needed for certification exams are preloaded. These may differ from price lists in Xactware’s digital workbook, but you’re free to select any available price list in the training instance
- Data Transfer: Import/export features are disabled
- Data retention: All work is automatically deleted after 30 days
- Training use only – Not for client work or billing

🆔 Need an Xactware ID?
An Xactware ID is required and must be associated with YOUR name and email address.
If you don’t have an Xactware ID: Create one Free in 2 minutes
If you have a generic Xactware ID: Create a new personal one
If you’re using an Xactware ID tied to someone else’s name: Create a new one with your information
After creating your ID, verify your email and create a password to complete setup.
💻 Xactimate Desktop Download
You can download Xactimate Desktop in advance, but wait to install until after you’re added to our training instance – otherwise setup cannot be completed.
💡 Pro Tip: When logging in for the first time, sync both Carrier and Contractor profiles – we use both in class.

Important: Both Xactimate Desktop and Online require Microsoft Windows and will NOT operate natively on macOS.
