His background includes working as a catastrophe field adjuster and restoration estimator for a general contractor – giving him practical insights from both sides of the claims process.

A: No experience required! Level 1 starts with the fundamentals and builds your skills step-by-step. If you have some experience, you can start with Level 2 or take both for a complete refresher.
