Adding line items to interior estimates
Watermark’s Xactimate Estimate Items, for new to intermediate Xactimate users, is the third in a series of courses, designed to increase understanding and efficiency using Xactimate. This course prepares you to write interior estimates by adding line items to the Mattson and Watson projects from Interior Sketch. Using the Mattson project, we’ll add line items related to a water loss and then create a corresponding rebuild estimate. Course Access Period (single-user): 30 days

Required: Xactimate Interior Sketch – This course builds on the Mattson and Watson projects created in Interior Sketch.
Recommended first: Xactimate: Getting Started – Learn basic navigation and project creation before diving into sketching and estimating.

What if I need access to Xactimate?
Watermark course attendees can be added to our Xactimate training instance, upon request (desktop and online platforms), for up to 30 days. This will allow you to follow along with one of Watermark’s live or self-paced training courses, to make the most of the training experience. How long can I access this course?
The course attendee has immediate access to the course(s) for a total 30 days, for a single-user. No refunds for unused time, course(s)/lesson(s) not accessed, etc.
Do I need a windows operating system to use Xactimate?
Yes. Xactimate is a windows-based program. Xactimate online version requires the installation of Xactware Click Once and Xactimate Go Writer. These are windows-based programs and do not run natively on macOS. Xactimate mobile is not covered in this class.
