Xactimate Access for Watermark Students
The free Xactimate demo from Xactware has been discontinued. However, Watermark course attendees can receive access to an Xactimate training instance, for up to 30 days, upon request. This access is for training purposes only and will allow you to follow along with Watermark’s live or self-paced training courses, to make the most of the training experience. Instructions on requesting access will be sent after registration.
Since this access is to a training instance of Xactimate, you will be unable to download additional price lists, beyond the ones already downloaded for your use and Data Transfer (import or export) will be unavailable. So, any data inside the training instance will be lost at the end of the 30-day period. So, only use it for course exercises, practice estimates, etc.
Note: An Xactware ID is required. This is the email address you use to login to Xactimate. If you don’t have an Xactware ID, you can create one for free, by following the link below. If you already have an Xactware ID, it is not necessary to create a new one. However, the Xactware ID must be associated with the course attendee’s name and email address.
Create an Xactware ID
To create an Xactware ID, Click here . (After creating an Xactware ID, you’ll be prompted to verify your email address and create a password. Once you verify your email address and create a password, your Xactware ID will be ready to use.)
Xactimate System Requirements
Please verify your computer is compatible with Xactimate’s minimum system requirements before subscribing or installing Xactimate. Note: Both Xactimate desktop and Xactimate online require a Microsoft windows operating system and will not operate natively on macOS.

What types of Xactimate Subscriptions are available?
A Professional subscription allows access to Xactimate on multiple platforms: Xactimate X1 Desktop (downloaded and installed on your computer), Xactimate Online, and Xactimate Mobile, the App version of Xactimate, for iOS & Android devices. A standard subscription allows access to one platform only: Desktop, Online, or Mobile.
